Arbitration Fees

Private and AAA-administered arbitrations

  • $450/hr, including study and preparation, plus costs and expenses. Per diem and fixed fee options available. Reduced fee or no charge for travel time within the Pacific Northwest and to and from West Coast venues.

FINRA-administered arbitrations

  • per FINRA rules.

King County Superior Court MAR arbitrations

  • for cases within the jurisdictional MAR limits – court-paid
  • for cases above MAR limits but agreed by the parties to be arbitrable under the MARs – pre-hearing and first day, court-paid; each succeeding day, $450/hr, including study and preparation.  Per diem and fixed fee options available.

Special Master assignments

  • $450/hr, including study and preparation, plus costs and expenses. Per diem and fixed fee options available. Reduced fee or no charge for travel time within the Pacific Northwest and to and from West Coast venues.
